New Government funding for children's cancer trials

The Australian Government announced dedicated funding for paediatric cancer trials in the 2017-18 budget, including support for trials led by ANZCHOG.
We welcome the announcement of $5.8 million over the next four years to fund paediatric oncology research and clinical trials. This initiative "Investing in Medical Research - fighting childhood cancer" includes $1.4 million for accessing international paediatric brain cancer trials, including new studies led by ANZCHOG.
